【抽獎活動】113-1學期獎勵大四生填答期末教學評量(113-1 Lucky Draw for Seniors)

一、實施對象與資格：於113-1期末教學評量填答期間，已填完全部問卷之本校大四學生。

二、獎品：多樣精美實用禮品，合計共100份。

三、抽獎方式：由教學發展組擇日於114年1月8日前，以電腦隨機抽出獲獎學生共100名。

四、獲獎公告：於113年1月8日公布獲獎名單於校首頁及教學發展組最新消息。

五、領獎方式：獲獎學生請攜帶學生證至教學發展組(民生校區教學科技館2樓)領取獎品，領獎時間為上班日周一至周五上午8時30分至12時，下午1時30分至5時30分。如本人無法前來領獎，得委託同學代領(被妥託同學亦請攜帶學生證)。
※最後領獎日期：114年3月7日

1.Qualification: Seniors who have done all the surveys of 113-1 final teaching evaluation.

2.Prizes: Various special gifts, 100 in total.

3.Draw process: We will draw 100 senior students before Jan. 8, 2025, at random, from those who had completed all the surveys of final teaching evaluation. These lucky winners will get the special gift.
4.Announcement: We will announce the name list of winners on Jan. 8, 2025. Please check  our website for latest news.

5. How to accept the prize: Please bring  your student ID card  and come to our office: Teaching and Learning Development Section (Location: 2F, Instructional Technology Building, Minsheng Campus) by Mar. 7, 2025. If you can't come in person, you could ask your classmates to help you to get the special gift.
※Office Service Time: AM 8:30 - 12:00/PM 1:30 - 5:30, Monday to Friday.
